Instructions for the Children’s Card Reader
How an adult helps a child calm down in different situations within the Alma Meeo Field of Love.

These instructions support adults in helping a child enter the Alma Meeo Field of Love, calm down and safely recognize the next step.
A child can work with a mother, father, grandparent, teacher or another safe adult who acts calmly, respectfully and from the heart.
Activated Alma Meeo symbol for the community
The images in the reader carry the activated Alma Meeo symbol as a community sign of the Field of Love.
The purpose of the cards is to gradually support a unified Slovenian and global Field of Love through daily use.
Purpose of learning
- The adult does not fix or judge the child, but creates a safe field of calming.
- The child learns to return to breath, body, heart and a safe step.
- Each image supports the child, while the adult holds a safe, loving and responsible field.
- The work should be short, gentle, without pressure and without proving anything.
Who can work with the child
- The parent who is calmer in that moment.
- Grandparents, safe family friends, a teacher, mentor or another responsible adult.
- The adult always remains responsible for the child’s safety, boundaries and suitable next step.
A short process in six steps

Calm body and breath
The child can place a hand on the heart or belly and take three calm breaths.

Enter the heart
In the heart we look for a peaceful place.

Notice what is felt
The child can speak, show, choose a card or quietly notice the feeling.

Tell a safe adult
The child learns that they are not alone and that someone listens without pressure.

Choose a safe step
At the end we choose one small safe step.
Informational perception in the Alma Meeo language
The cards can introduce learning the inner signal, feeling, intention and change in the field between the child and a safe adult.
The child is not learning to prove special abilities. First, the child learns to move their response into peace, clarity and love.

Now I pause. I breathe slowly. In my heart I find a calm, safe step.
When the reader is not enough
If a child is in danger, very frightened, injured, in severe distress, or if violence, neglect or self-harm is suspected, the reader is not enough. The adult should seek appropriate professional, crisis or emergency help.
